Killed the Cat all debuted and disappeared at the same time.
Of the four Curiosity Killed the Cat leaned more towards the teen girl population that hung Smash Hits posters on their bedroom walls. The band's lightweight funk and photogenic looks rewarded them with mainstream acceptance in their native England but America didn't budge.

Yeah and this was released way before De La Soul's take (rip off) on the same theme as the first single from Curiousity Killed The Cat's second album. The singer from the band Ben Volpierrot or whatever is still active, he has a MySpace account. There were a lot of credibility in the rhythm section especially on their second album, not too far away from Trouble Funk / Go Go type of beats.
